Register for Our Community Salutes

2026 High School Enlistee Recognition Ceremony

New Business:

- May 13th – 6pm – Our Community Salutes to be held in East Patchogue.

- May 22nd – Remsenburg School visitation. 9:30am. Meet at School.

- May 23rd – 8:30m to 12pm, Eastport American Legion Bucket Brigade at Post.

Six members will be attending.

- May 25th – Memorial Day at Post at 9am. Walk to Eastport School at 10am.

- June 4th – Eastport School Scholarship. Two members will be attending.

- Motion brought by Hank and seconded by Dennis then past to include one scholarship to a person entering the military.

- June 12th – Tuttle Avenue Flag Day. Meet at 9:00am at School.

- June 13th – Suffolk County Convention at Mastic Beach Post. Registration from 9am to 10am. Post Everlasting at 11am.

- June 20th – 2-5pm, 250 USA Birthday at Post. The committee organizing the event will be Dennis Morrill, Mike Stephens and Hank Gmelin.

- June 26th – Eastport American Legion Golf Outing $ TBD

- September – Rock Band, “Stone Blues Rising” will be performing at the Eastport Post.
